Please help, one day my controller disconnected and started flashing all 4 green lights so then i took out the battery pack and put it back in, since then the controller has not switched on or charged, i have tried batteries and that didnt work either. if i put the cord in at an angle the red light comes on but does not charge the controller. any ideas?............PLEASE NOTE: the orange/red glow you see sometimes in my vid is from my camera not the charge cord....
