This is Valkyria Chronicles 2 in Japanese. I played the first VC game on PS3 and loved it. Good story, good combat system, very amazing. Valkyria Chronicles 2 is a PSP game that came out in Japan on January 21, and should be out in North America some time in Summer 2010.
