I was playing Captain Your Country in UEFA Euro 2008. About 5 mins into a game, one of my defenders and one of the opposing strikers collided and vanished into thin air. The only problem was they hadnt vanished, they were still there, only invisible. So the AI would still pass the ball to them and they were still very much part of the game. You could actually see the ball being passed around by an invisible force. Recorded the video on my phone so the quality is poor. You can notice the glitch at 0:30 and again at 0:42...
