Because we killed them all! Thats right, we finally acquire all 100 skulltula tokens and get our lackluster prize. Then we storm Ganons place. Interesting to note though, You can actually talk to the 100 skulltula man over and over(after re-entering the building) and get infinite huge rupees. Of course, this still isnt that useful this late in the game....
