Game is the most tricky to get to work on Dolphin in my opinion, as it requires to mess around with LLE settings. Probably, hint is this: you need to start the game with LLE plugin (warning! requires dsp_rom.bin and dsp_coef.bin), turn it off, then start the game with HLE plugin.
