SSV8 Next Challenge dry Monza circuit, G25 wheel. No Assists, manual, Legend AI Just a lap and half example of using my Logitec G25 wheel setup with SSV8NC. 30 secs it shows the Deadzone movement in the game (its not too bad). Colour tuned down. I am more than impressed with the different behaviour of the AI in single player and at times it feels your racing online they are that unpredictable. Racing in amongst packs reminds me of the great days of TOCA on the PS. The AI really makes the racing top notch. This next challenge...
Hey guys did you know that Superstars V8 Racing will be having a sequel!? Well this is the latest trailer for it in HD. Its called Superstars V8 Next Challenge and it will have some pretty cool features like 16 players online races, a full 3d damage system and changing weather conditions. Ok so it might not be as good as the Forza Motorsport 3 or Gran Turismo 5 games but if you up for some heavy duty racing physics this should do the trick. It sort of reminds me of GTR game, what you all think of the original and this sequel...
XBOX 360 version. Sorry for the driving (im using a pad, not a wheel). IA sucks but driving is funny, much better than the first game, its like a light version of Race Pro/GTR. Im purchasing it for PS3 (Logitech G25)....
Single Player. An example of how good and aggressive the AI can be, after I touch him he blocks me and other AIs trying to overtake. No assists, manual, legend AI, G25 wheel. PS3. You will also see me squeeze past a red Audi whos on the right hand side of the track, after I brake too soon he flys past easily having moved to the very far left with an overtake into the corner, instead of just shunting me up the back (that happens too often in the games with poor AI clones).
