For the Xbox 360 video game Superman Returns. This is a video of me getting the Lift 10000 Tons Achievement. I found a spot early in the game where there are huge I-beams. They are 11000 pounds each lift. Positioning myself to easily grab it again after I set it down (with the B button to drop NOT THROW object). It took about 2 hours-ish. It takes a while, check your stats until you reach 20000000 pounds (10000 tons). There are heavier items in the game but this seemed to work the quickest....
