However, the last rock is shielded by a barrier and will regenerate the other rocks no matter what. You can speak to one of the frog-like creatures near the final rock and it tells you to speak to Rikiko. However, all he does is shrug his shoulders and mumble an I dont know out. Im not sure if this is supposed to happen, as unresponsive is in the quests title, but I assume that...
