The PS3 Slim 160gb can only play ps1 games but i tryed to slide in a ps2 game but it wouldnt support it which is fair enough since most people has a ps2.The main reason Sony took out the ps2 support in the ps3 80gb and slim is that if they kepted it supporting ps2 games no one would buy the Ps2 Slim which is still on sale currently....
