MILD SPOILER ALERT: Not giving away anything too specific, but I do talk about story elements that might be considered spoilers. Giving a warning for that just in case. My review of Sonic Rush Adventure for the DS. I know I come down hard on it for most of the video, but thats mostly because how uneven the story is. The actual game is very fun....
I defeat the last boss using Blaze in 3:10.08, which was a TSC and CS record at the time of its creation. The trick is to get in the cannons as quickly as you can, then make sure you get 6 attacks in every round. Also, I apologize for the bad position of the DS. There was camera trouble at the start, plus I didnt use the LCD display because it would off-balance the camera. 08/31/10 update: Meh... Never liked recording DS games anyway....
Whilst at the Tokyo Game Show (doing work, honest) we stumbled across SEGAs booth, and they were showcasing Sonic Rush Adventure. The game hadnt been out yet in Japan at the time and I was kicking the booths ass. The demo ran through a jetski section, the first Act of either Plant Kingdom or Machine Labyrinth Zone and the boss for its respective stage. Sorry for the naff quality, Youtubes not too good at converting videos these days I guess (the source video looks OK)....
