I started a new city on my region which already has at least 10 other cities including the capital, which has over 500000 residents. Anyway, so ive created the transport networks such as road and rail in just a little seciton of the new city, then i zoned the new areas the way i wanted, THEN, i click on the speed up button to see my new city grow, and after a couple of seconds it freezes and it quickly closes, and it returns me to the desktop.
