My Second review, SimCity 4 SimCity 4 is a city-building simulation computer game developed by Maxis, and Electronic Arts. It was released in 2003. It is the fourth installment in the SimCity series. SimCity 4 has a single expansion pack known as Rush Hour which adds additional features to the game. Electronic Arts made the next generation of Sim City and became Sim City Societies. The games graphics allows you to plop buildings in the city and do 3D stuff. This video is not recorded/ made by me. I used Fraps to film the game while playing and Sony Vegas to render it in high-definition. In this video I unlocked several of the Fun City buildings and expand this city. PLEASE DO NOT COMPARE THE SIMCITY SOCIETIES VERSION TO SIMCITY 4 DELUXE EDITION VERSION.
