Its bright, gorgeous to look at, accessible, has a well suited soundtrack and decent interface and control system - the only downside is that after the first 10 or so hours it may appear to lack some depth. Having said that, for a sandbox game its got a good variety of things (even if they arent overly complicated) moreso than a lot of other games that claim that label.
