The Sega Genesis Collection was released a few years ago originally for the Playstation 2 and the PSP. Both versions are roughly identical (aside from the special unlockable areas). This video shows me picking through a couple of titles. Overall it seems like a pretty good compilation, and the emulation is decent enough. I could tell some sound glitches/differences in Sonic the Hedgehog 2, but everything else I tried seemed normal.
