Hello everyone, welcome to my first Wii playthrough, which will cover Rygar: The Battle of Argus. This game follows the concept of the previous Rygar titles on the NES/Arcade/PS2, but models the same gameplay style as God of War and Devil May Cry. Use our new power to proceed further in the Colosseum. Meet a Cyclops and get a powerup from him. Introduction to some spike traps, nothing too hard, but kindve annoying with the camera angles. Head outside and get the Legend of the Titans stone tablet. Once the door seal is broken, we are able to drop down into the depths of the Colosseum again, and end up back in the area we started, ready to make more progress....
Escape from the Colosseum, sorta... emerge in the arena and do battle with Hekatonkeil. Seemingly easy, but you need to be able to anticipate attacks so you can dodge when they come at you. I wish I was able to comply... Once the battle is over, start exploring the area around the main field....
After a somewhat successful battle with Icarus, we enter the temple and do battle with the Sphinx. This thing has some attacks that are powerful and tough to avoid, but he is slow and can be combatted with the new powers that reside in the diskarmors. Time to try this again, since an epic failure meets us here......
