Just a couple days ago I posted a time of 1:24, then thought I could clean up on it so I loaded it up again. This time I was actually just screwing around and happened to finish much better, although I still know a few parts where I can alter my techniques to get a better time. So, this video is most likely only temporary. The one change that I made is VERY hard to land when youre in a hurry, so thats what will be the biggest difference-maker on the later videos. Notice: I do not use glitches or cheats to obtain these goals....
Haha, this one was a puzzle that I was very astounded that they made the solution this unusual. I was told by my roommate that I wouldnt be able to get it without looking it up somewhere. Eventually I figured it out and I tried literally every idea. I started deeming which portals were absolutely necessary and the first 3 are absolutely required - theres no way around it. I couldnt figure out how I could complete the rest of it while only using 1 more portal, and eventually I thought that I might be getting the sphere out of...
Im fully convinced that I can shave off another second and peak at 27, or if Im incredibly fast at everything, MAYBE 26.. not sure though. Several vital things lead to your best time and those are quickness when pressing the first button, hitting your portal shot through the window very quickly (and theres only a TINY space where you can hit it), reacting quickly enough to a successful shot and chucking your cube accurately.
