This is Pipe Mania, done by The Assembly Line in 1989. LucasFilm Games, made it multiplatform(ported it to other hardware/systems), called it Pipe Dream, & was the distributor for it in the US Pipe Mania got a Wii, PC, NDS, PS2, & PSP remake by Empire Interactive last fall(2008). I think/believe The Assembly Line died, which would mean the game is public domain, unless Empire copyrighted/trademarked it. I dont think well ever see Pipe Dream on the VC.
