On PC I believe its the Spacebar to pass to another team mate, while holding the Tab button. The player will now move into position, still holding down the Tab button press the Number 0 button to pass to him (or the Spacebar) followed by the number 5 button to finish the dunk. Sorry, I couldnt put this in the video because this was meant for console users, but since theirs alot of PC users wanting to know...
