This fix works on most Xbox 360 controller batteries that charge only for a few seconds before reporting Full and only last a few seconds before being empty. Some batteries come with a charging indicator board which reports the charge level inaccurately. This fix is intended to fully discharge the battery, then reset the batteries indicator circuit.
