For this challenge, I recommend getting the machine gun, and eventually its upgrade. Theres a trick I used in this video to predict the movement of the arms that comes out of the boss: pause. Pretty easy, eh? Two things not shown in the video: 1. There is a pattern that the arms do that wasnt in the vid.
