Well, this is the pretty cool storm sequence from Fahrenheit. It happens when Lucas Kane comes back to his apartment and the Oracle tries to get rid of him with a spell. There are some small editing errors that I didnt see in WMM cause it has REALLY crappy framerate with uncompressed RGB video files.
