How the game runs on a low-end computer. Intel Celeron 1.7GHz Processor 1GB RAM 264MB Intel Express 945 Graphics There is more lag than usual as I am using FRAPS. This is just to let people know that The Sims 3 will actually work on a low-end computer, like mine. I average around 20-22 frames whilst playing on a home lot, and around 10-17 frames whilst downtown on low/medium settings. I do not play with settings on high but I show this in the video to give you some indication about how it runs....
So I found out it was Fraps that was messing with the audio dialog, so for this I switched to ZD Soft Screen recorder. Ive also adapted somewhat to using these crappy controls. Still not sure what that star icon does on my inventory screen. Gotta like the nice detail in the wall paintings and the voice acting is decent so far.
