Counter Force is a budget arcade game for the Wii. I dont find it to be particularly good, but for the three or four dollars it takes to snag a used copy, its still worth trying out. Apparently this was originally an arcade game for Segas NAOMI board and was also released on a variety of other platforms (including most-recently on the iPhone). Its original name is ExZeus....

Stage 2 of Counter Force/Ex Zeus on Wii. I was having a good run so I decided to upload this. Youll notice Im still running off the life from the first boss fight. ALMOST one credited to the Stage 2 boss. My playing TOTALLY falls apart after this so I probably wont bother uploading the rest of my run. I died mid-way through Stage 4, didnt even make it to Ichthys....
