All cutscenes and both ways of dealing with the Chessmaster in floor 2 (I fitted in the other alternative at the beginning of part 2). The zipper fuel goes into chainsaw, but the item is useless if you have full ammo since you cant reload with an item in the inventory. It should be possible to find boots in the washing room, but I didnt. Maybe those only appear if one uses the fireplace route in level 1 instead of the other one.
