In this video, Subject Sigma finally founds the Gravity Well Plasmid, obtains a Grenade Launcher weapon and rescues the 3rd Little Sister. However, Big Sister is angry and is going to hunt down Subject Sigma. Gravity Well Plasmid is useful against splicers but it doesnt do much damage against the heavier enemies (ie Brute Splicer, Lancer, Big Sister). Not sure if upgrading the plasmid makes a difference.
