This is a shoot em up game that doesnt use either horizontal or vertical scrolling. Instead of that, your spaceship is trapped inside some organism and fights the bacteria... or whatever i dont know :). Its an interesting game in my opinion, worth to try out if you like oldschool gaming/shoot em ups. I recommend a gamepad cause you need to move the ship and control the shooting beam at the same time - i havent even tried if it plays at all with the keyboard.
