In this game, when you max out the multiplier, you earn fruit gems. Matching a fruit gem destroys ALL corresponding gems on the board and adds extra ticks to bomb/doom gems on the board. In addition, you have a shot at the MEGA FRUIT BONUS by making matches of given gems in order without matchless moves, which will NOT always be possible.
