Due to a couple of great digital download sales earlier this year I own all of the Penumbra episodes (Overture, Black Plague and Requiem respectively) but Ive yet to actually play this independently developed and highly atmospheric survival horror/adventure game series. Thats too bad, since the games Swedish developer Frictional Games will be releasing a spiritual successor in a few days time called Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
