Looks like I can continue to find opponents here. As youll see, as the races go on, there are more players, with 7 total by the last race in this video (and the last race in the room). Another thing to notice is that PLAYER is always using Shadow. Now, PLAYER is the default name, used when you dont have a Mii on the system. Which gives me the impression this player is hardcore.
